- Tek-Net International, Ltd.: As Chairman and CEO, provided corporate development services to 12 high-tech ventures; generated $3M seed capital for six companies; orchestrated public status via “blind pools,” reverse mergers, and IPO's; took company public on Vancouver Exchange during second year of operation and produced $2M proceeds.
- Allegheny County Human Resources Development Commission : As Executive Director, built and delivered economic development plan, secured $8M Federal funds, supervised 50-member staff; trained 2,000 Appalachian residents and created 1,200 jobs.
- Alpha Trinity, Ltd.: As Chairman and CEO, represented seven companies before regulatory and federal agencies securing favorable decisions from the SBA and Department of Commerce on investment capital for high-tech start-ups, provided expert testimony regarding Federal taxation and labor policies, on behalf of five small business clients, to Congressional committees, secured $75M commitment from Egyptian joint venture partnership to reconfigure and deploy old computers in Egypt, People’s Republic of China and Brazil,Obtained $1M credit line and $3M private financing from Atlantis Venture Capital Group, Ltd., for information technology services company
- Global Trade & Technology Corporation: As EVP for Development, built strategic plan for new charitable nonprofit with mission to increase global sales minority and women-owned businesses; increased annual sales by $3M, obtained and maintained 501(c) (3) status, identified funding sources, made contacts, wrote federal grant applications and donation requests; achieved $900K from Dept. of Commerce and $2M from businesses and foundations, worked in China and India to cultivate business relationships, business leads and capital.
