Onsite Facilitation

Our onsite facilitation services provide you with an experienced facilitator and leader that will act as a neutral third party in an effort to improve the effectiveness and outcome of your workshop. You may want outside assistance due to challenging organizational dynamics or because you simply want to actively participate in the process versus sitting on the outside looking in.

Each of the workshops (Visioning, Mission Statement, or SWOT) requires at least two four hour blocks of time to complete. In addition to the workshop time commitment there is considerable effort involved in the set up and logistics, managing the process and rolling up the results of the team’s effort. Our facilitator will provide pre-planning consultation, distribute the pre-work, manage the workshop process and complete the post meeting information roll up, so you don’t have to. As the sponsor of the Vision/mission planning initiative you can now actively participate in the workshop without the burden of playing a neutral role in an effort to manage an effective meeting.

Our on-site facilitator will provide the following:

  • An experienced approach to leadership and group facilitation that allows you the ability to participate in the workshop
  • A process driven workshop that channels and redirects team efforts to finalize a vision/mission statement reflective of your “true” organization
  • External experience and expertise providing a “wildcard voice” when necessary
  • Management of positive and negative group dynamics
  • A neutral third party influence
  • Completion of time consuming pre and post workshop details

Deliverables
