For those customers we now offer live consulting services where you will work with a highly-qualified management consultant that has been certified with our products.

Visioning Workshop – Your consultant will lead you down an expedited path toward developing the future vision of your organization.
Mission Statement Workshop – With this add-on service, your consultant will lead you in the use of Mission Expert in order to successfully create and install your mission statement and core values.
SWOT Workshop – A Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats assessment using SWOT Expert and the services of your consulting leader.
Full Strategic Planning Workshop – A comprehensive workshop that includes all three of the segments above.
Organization Health Assessment – When was the last time you’ve checked the health of your organization? In this new assessment, your consultant will guide you through a process looking at over two-dozen key points in your organization. As a result off this diagnostic, you will have a blueprint for all of the areas in your organization where additional attention or improvement could produce a significant return on investment. Delivery Options

We offer these facilitation services in two formats: Tele-consulting and Onsite.

Tele-consulting – This is the option of choice for many of our customers. With this option, you have access to your consultant through a series of conference calls, either one-on-one or with your group. Using this option, you can affordably get started toward your goals and always upgrade to the onsite option at a later point. Click here for more.

Onsite – For situations with larger groups, more complex organizations or situations, or where the executive sponsor wishes to have the freedom to participate more as a team member rather than a facilitator, this is your best solution. Click here for more.

How Does it Work?

First decide on which delivery option you would like. If you choose Teleconsulting, note that you'll save considerably by adding that to your initial product purchase. And you can always convert to Onsite later before you begin the project.
Once your order is processed, you'll chat briefly with one of our principals to describe your situation and needs.
Based on that conversation, we'll identify the consultant that best meets your needs.
The consultant will then call you to discuss your situation in further detail.
