Our teleconsulting services improve the facilitator’s understanding of the workshop processes and include workshop planning and facilitation coaching.

• Workshop process - review and clarification
• Logistics coaching - Identify a viable location and the appropriate attendees to maximize the success of the workshop. Discuss and review the background and interests of individuals involved in the process in an effort to prepare for positive/negative interactions.
• Organizational background - Review current organizational strategy and key initiatives that could influence the outcome of the workshop.
• Culture - Discuss the organizational culture to determine the most effective approach to the workshop.
  

Deliverables

With this low-cost add-on, you receive direct phone access to your consultant for up to 90 minutes over a 30-day period. You'll use part of that time to go through the items listed above but you'll also be able to get informed answers for all of your questions along the way.
