3296: After installation provide 'Launch' checkbox to allow installation exe to start the application

All editions will not show the 'Launch Mission Expert' checkbox for automatically launching the application after install.

3300: MX Consultant edition setup should have a message for the location of PPT files

In Consultant edition during the last step of install the message shows up for the location of the PPT files.

3149: Simplify the MX Registration Code Pasting Process

Easy copy and paste of the registration code into the registration input fields.

3240: Error When Installing Upgrade to Startup from Demo Version

When upgrading from Startup to Demo version or the other way around there will be no message asking for existing edition to be uninstalled. Instead various options will be provided including option to remove the existing edition.

3280: Copy and paste of registration key moves the cursor improperly

Simplified the copy and paste of the registration key into the registration input boxes. Now user will be able to simply copy the entire reg key including the "-" characters and paste into the reg input boxes. Tabbing through the edits will now select the text in the input boxes.

2660: Uninstall function off of the start button does not work.

Uninstall function from the Windows Start Menu shortcut now fixed.
